Please use the following form to register your software, pay your permanent licensing fee, and upgrade your trial software to the current licensed version.

We will send you instructions on how to convert your trail software to the licensed version, and the steps to activate the most current version of Scan2Us. We will set up your monthly billing cycle for your fileroom (s) access and storage fees and send you a PayPal Invoice and receipt.

Scan2Us	$495.00 one time, single user license fee.
	Please charge my credit card the 1st of each month for file room fee (s) and any additional uploads which exceeded the 500 document uploads per month (included in my basic file room fee) for the preceding month at the rate of 4.5 cents each.
